Union members and employees will be able to borrow money equivalent to a maximum of 80% of their monthly salary. The borrower does not have to mortgage or mortgage assets; all procedures are quick with preferential interest rates, all loan steps are done online via the Huong Cong App. Up to now, there have been nearly 450 emergency loans via the Trade Union Guidance App with a total disbursement amount of more than 2 billion VND.

Continue to spread the effectiveness of emergency loan packages

According to the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, in 2025, the Poor Workers' Capital Support Fund will have a total capital of 56.7 billion VND, currently there are more than 1,000 borrowers with outstanding loans of 29.4 billion VND. On the occasion of Lunar New Year and Workers' Month 2025, the fund presented 255 gifts and supported 5 houses with a total value of 360.4 million VND for union members in difficult circumstances.

The fund also deployed emergency loans, signed cooperation agreements with 24 businesses, and disbursed 429 borrowers with an amount of more than 2 billion VND through the Huong Cong App. The emergency loan package on digital platform with an interest rate of 0.55% and disbursed in just 8 hours, became a "lifeline" to help hundreds of families overcome difficult times and avoid falling into illegal credit.

As one of the first units to sign an emergency loan cooperation agreement for union members, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Anh - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Da Do Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited - said that after a period of implementation, up to now, many employees of the company have had access to emergency loans to solve family problems such as loans for medical examination and treatment, raising children to study at university or buying breeding animals, materials for raising livestock... The company's Board of Directors is also very happy that the union's loan products provide practical support for employees.
