On January 2, information from the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Dong Nai province, said that with the support of the Company's Board of Directors, the trade union will organize the "Spring Bus trip" program for workers far from home, using clean, safe, air-conditioned, air-conditioned vehicles for 24/24, with turn-on seats and TVs.

The organization of the bus trip aims to create conditions for workers to return home to celebrate Tet and reunite with their families by safe means of transport, avoiding the situation of being congested with seats that affect their health.

The company's grassroots union informs employees to register until January 10, 2026.

Company staff will be supported with 50% of company return tickets and company staff who buy round-trip tickets will be supported with 30%.

Previously, TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company announced the Lunar New Year holiday schedule, Tet bonuses and salary increase in 2026. Workers of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company will have 9 days off for the Lunar New Year from February 14, 2026 to February 22, 2026.

On February 23, 2026, all workers returned to work normally.

TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company also announced the Lunar New Year bonus with a ratio bonus. Of which, the highest bonus is 150%. The salary is based on the calculation of Tet bonuses as the new basic salary effective from January 1, 2026 and production support allowances for January 2026.

The starting salary for new workers is 5,682,000 VND (after 6 days of probation); Increase the basic salary by 3% when workers have a salary increase deadline in 2026.

In order to share the difficulties with workers, the Board of Directors of the company also decided to increase the housing allowance by 50,000 VND/month from January 1, 2026.
