Nui Thanh Commune Union, Da Nang presents gifts to support Binh Ngo 2026 Tet to union members

With a high spirit of determination and responsibility, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union is accelerating the implementation of a series of practical activities to care for Tet for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, thereby continuing to affirm the role of a companion and reliable support of the Trade Union organization during the 2026 Lunar New Year.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Phuc - Chairwoman of the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union said that, synchronously and urgently implementing Plan No. 165/KH-LDLD dated November 28, 2025 on supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year and Plan No. 166/KH-LDLDLD dated December 1, 2025 on organizing the Program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng", on January 23, the Commune Trade Union closely coordinated with the Party Committee and authorities of Tam Xuan and Tam Hai island communes to organize the giving of the first 86 gifts, each worth 1 million VND in cash.

In particular, the Commune Union prioritized giving 60 gifts to union members and fishermen of the Tam Tien, Tam Quang and Tam Hai Fisheries Unions; and supported 2 gifts to grassroots union officials in difficult circumstances.

Affirming the determination not to let any union members or workers encounter difficulties without Tet, the Nui Thanh Commune Union has developed a specific roadmap to complete the allocation of 310 gifts according to the assigned plan.

According to the plan, on January 31, at the Hall of the Military Command of Nui Thanh Commune, the Commune Trade Union will coordinate with the Party Committee, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to organize a centralized gift-giving ceremony, directly giving 150 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The series of Tet care activities continues to affirm the close connection between the Trade Union organization and the local political system in caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, creating a vibrant competitive momentum right from the first days of the new year 2026.
