Trade unions organize exciting picnicking, workers in Lam Dong become more connected
Lam Dong - More than 300 workers of Vien Son Joint Stock Company have just enjoyed a meaningful picnic, gathering with relatives organized by the Union and the Board of Directors.
On October 2, Ms. Tran Thi To Uyen - a worker at Vien Son Joint Stock Company (Duc Trong District, Lam Dong) shared that she had just had a fun picnic with the company's workers.
The trip lasted 2 days at Saigon - Ninh Chu Resort (Khanh Hoa), organized by the Union in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors. According to Ms. Uyen, this is a special occasion because in addition to the Board of Directors, union officials and workers, there are also relatives participating.
Sharing the same feelings, Ms. Mbon K Nguyet said that the picnic was exciting and rewarding, with many sightseeing and recreation activities to connect the group.
In particular, the beach team building program helps to improve health and solidarity. Everyone was happy and the trip left a lot of positive energy for work, said Ms. Nguyet.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuoc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union - said that the Trade Union always accompanies the Board of Directors in caring for the material and spiritual life of workers.
In addition to annual holidays, Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival or birthdays, the unit regularly organizes tours, tours, and picnicks for workers, along with Gala Dinner to thank and recognize their contributions.
Through these activities, the union and the company hope to show gratitude to workers, while giving them more motivation to stick together, work effectively and have a better life, Mr. Phuoc emphasized.
