Organizing sports playgrounds for workers at resorts in Mui Ne, Lam Dong province

On September 24, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc - Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union said that grassroots trade unions that are resorts in the area are organizing the "Team Spirit Sport day" Sports Festival attracting 7 participating units. The Trade Union of Bao Thach Investment Company Limited chaired the organization.

Sports competitions include: Mini men's football; men's and women's beach volleyball; men's relay swimming; iron badminton. The athletes participating are workers with labor contracts at resorts and are participating in social insurance.

With the characteristics of sports festivals organized by resorts, sports are competed immediately at units such as swimming held at the resort's swimming pool, volleyball held at the resort beach.

Due to the nature of tourism work, the tournament will take place for 6 days, and will close and award prizes on September 26. The organizing committee will award prizes to the first, second and third prize collectives for the competitions and the team style tournament.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc - Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union said that the unit has guided and accompanied grassroots trade unions in organizing work. The sports festival aims to promote the sports movement at grassroots trade unions in the ward. Thereby contributing to building the image of union members and workers in a dynamic and healthy tourism environment.

The sports festival of 7 resort trade unions in Mui Ne also creates relationships, exchanges and cohesion between units. Thereby, improving the cultural and spiritual life of staff and workers at resorts.
