Lao Cai Ward Trade Union spreads Tet reunion to workers
Lao Cai Ward Trade Union has just organized the program "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" to care for the lives of union members and workers.
On the afternoon of February 6th, Lao Cai Ward Trade Union organized the program "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" in 2026.
The program "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" is an annual, typical activity of the Lao Cai Ward Trade Union to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially during Tet and Spring.
From the support of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation and the companionship of agencies and businesses, at the program, Lao Cai Ward Trade Union awarded funds to support the construction of "Trade Union Homes"; presented Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from dangerous diseases, and suffering from labor accidents.... The total cost of care at the program reached over 400 million VND.
In addition, Lao Cai Ward Trade Union implemented the "Online Trade Union Tet Market" Program organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, awarding 300 Tet shopping vouchers to 300 union members and workers with a total value of 150 million VND.
Mr. Dang Nguyen Hoan - Chairman of Lao Cai Ward Trade Union said that in 2025, activities to care for union members and workers will continue to be implemented in the direction of focusing on grassroots levels, directly towards union members, especially direct workers.
Notably, the Ward Trade Union has coordinated to organize the "Trade Union Meal" Program for 1,200 union members; supported the construction of 3 "Trade Union Homes"; organized sports tournaments, art competitions...
Thereby, contributing to creating trust and attachment of union members and workers to the trade union organization.
