Cam Duong Ward Labor Union presents gifts to 52 disadvantaged patients

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue - Chairwoman of Cam Duong Ward Trade Union affirmed that this is an activity with great human values, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love, sharing and responsibility of the trade union organization towards union members, workers and patients in difficult circumstances.

Hospitals are a place to take care of patients' health, but also a place where many patients and their families are facing many difficulties: worries about illness, the burden of costs, and mental lack.

With the desire to share some of those hardships, the program " Soothing the hearts of patients - Full responsibility of union members" was organized not only to give gifts, but more importantly, to give love, trust and deep spiritual encouragement to union members, workers and patients in difficulty.

This is also a practical activity demonstrating the role of the trade union organization and philanthropists in: Caring for the lives of union members, workers and patients, spreading the spirit of humanity in the community, contributing with the hospital to build a humane and "loving" environment for sharing.

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented gifts to 52 union members and patients in difficult circumstances at Lao Cai General Hospital No. 2.

At the same time, the program also gave gifts, distributed free salmon porridge and fresh milk to more than 400 patients in difficult circumstances being treated at the hospital.

In addition, many other meaningful activities have also been implemented, such as: Free haircuts for union members and patients in need; visiting and encouraging union members and patients, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual love and sharing in the community.
