Alena Vietnam Shoes Trade Union visits and supports workers in difficulty

On January 3, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Alena Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. coordinated with the factory's Board of Directors to visit and provide support to union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances. The support gifts include gifts in kind and cash, deployed on the basis of reviewing the reality, accurately assessing the level of difficulties, ensuring resources reach the right subjects, at the right times.

The notable point of the program is the approach approach approach that is approachable and humane. Instead of supporting according to administrative procedures, union officials directly meet, listen and grasp the situation of each worker.
