Health check-up for 400 female workers in Thanh Hoa province
Thanh Hoa - The Trade Union coordinated with the hospital to organize consultation and specialist examination for 400 female workers.
On August 5, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor said that in the last 2 days of July and early August, the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Provincial Center for Disease Control to organize communication, consultation and examination for 400 female workers of reasonina Vietnam Shoes Company Limited (Yen Dinh Commune) and Winner Vina Company Limited (Rua Son Commune).
At the program, female workers were informed and consulted by the medical team of the Provincial Center for Disease Control on reproductive health care and free examination for gynecological and ultrasound diseases.
At the same time, share instructions on preventing and combating common diseases in women such as cervical cancer and breast cancer.
Specialized examination for female workers is not only an annual activity but also demonstrates the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in accompanying women, protecting their health, preventing early gynecological diseases, breast and cervical diseases, and specific health problems that women are susceptible to, especially in industrial working conditions and high pressure.
This is an activity to implement the Project "Improving the quality of communication, consultation and health care, and occupational disease prevention for female workers in enterprises with trade unions under the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, period 2021-2025".
