Ms. Thai Thu Xuong gives gifts, wishes Dien Bien workers a happy new year
Dien Bien - On January 22, the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) organized a program to visit and give gifts to union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026.
During the working trip to Dien Bien province, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) - visited, presented gifts and wished a happy New Year to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at Dien Bien Cement Joint Stock Company ( Sam Mon commune).
Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong visited the lives and jobs and presented 15 gifts to 15 union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and a gift bag of necessities worth 300,000 VND.
Currently, Dien Bien Cement Joint Stock Company has 235 officers, workers and laborers working at 7 Trade Union groups.

In 2026, the grassroots Trade Union proactively proposed to the Company's Board of Directors practical welfare plans such as: Increasing the value of shift meals for direct employees; 13th month salary bonus and salary increase roadmap for all officers and employees.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong acknowledged the efforts of enterprises and grassroots trade unions in caring for workers' lives.
The Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized the important role of grassroots trade unions in building progressive labor relations. Hopefully, the Union will continue to pay attention and agree with the Company's Board of Directors to well implement the motto "harmonious benefits, sharing difficulties".


Also during the working trip to Dien Bien (afternoon of January 22), Ms. Thai Thu Xuong visited and presented gifts to express gratitude to Dien Bien soldiers living in Dien Bien Phu ward, including: Mr. Nguyen Huu Chap (born in 1931) and Mr. Nguyen Viet Diem (born in 1930).
