Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor promotes labor relations at FDI enterprises

At the conference, representatives of the company's trade union leaders quickly informed about some outstanding results of trade union activities in the fourth quarter of 2025 and plans to implement care programs at the end of the year.

Accordingly, promoting the role of organizing representation and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the company's trade union has organized visits and presented gifts to union members on holidays, supporting those in difficult circumstances.

In the coming time, with the goal of "so that all union members and workers can have Tet and enjoy Tet" in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the company's trade union proactively raise funds, advise with the leaders of sponsoring enterprises to implement activities such as: Decorate the working area, company premises, dormitories; give lucky money with propaganda messages on traffic safety; program to send off employees to their hometowns for Tet; organize special meals on Tet and cultural and artistic activities to welcome Spring...

Through these activities, it is necessary to gradually improve the spiritual life, create a connection between workers and the trade union organization, build harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises; contribute to motivating workers to work with peace of mind and stay with the enterprise for a long time.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lee Eun Chul - Deputy General Director of the company - expressed that the development of the company as it is today has great contributions from the company's trade union as well as the Provincial Labor Federation. For many years, through the trade union organization, business leaders have maintained the effectiveness of periodic dialogue activities with workers, thereby grasping the thoughts and aspirations, gradually improving the working environment and welfare, helping workers become more attached to the factory.

Mr. Lee Eun Chul hopes to continue to receive the attention and support of the Provincial Federation of Labor so that the company can implement more projects and solutions to care for workers in the future, thereby developing SDV increasingly strongly on the map of FDI enterprises in Bac Ninh.

Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that Bac Ninh province has achieved great socio-economic achievements after the merger. In which, there is an important contribution of the company. To make workers feel secure in their work and stay together, in addition to the role of grassroots trade unions, it is necessary to have the attention of employers.

Mr. Thach Van Chung said that recently, the Provincial Federation of Labor successfully organized the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. This is a Congress that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor considers a typical Congress in the Northern region in terms of organization methods and programs, especially solutions to better care for and protect the rights and interests of union members and workers in the new term.

At this time, the Provincial Federation of Labor is focusing on activities to care for Tet, helping workers welcome the new year happily and warmly, giving them more motivation to work, and contributing more to the development of businesses.

Mr. Thach Van Chung hopes that in the coming time, businesses will continue to accompany and support trade unions at all levels in the province to build truly strong organizations, becoming an important bridge between the Party, the government and workers.
