Open dialogue, connecting workers
HUE - More than 200 workers participated in the program " chatting with the Executive Board", frankly giving comments and received timely answers.
On August 9, the Hue City Labor Federation announced that more than 200 union members and employees of Scavi Hue Company had participated in the 5th "Stop with the Executive Board" Program.
This is an open dialogue space, where workers directly express their opinions and recommendations to the Board of Directors and receive timely listening, answers, and commitment to adjustment.
At the dialogue, many practical issues such as shift meals, working conditions, and salary and bonus regimes were reflected and thoroughly handled.
The program is held periodically on the first Friday of each month, attracting the active participation of many union members, contributing to building a transparent, connected and sustainable corporate culture.
