Enterprises in Dong Nai spend nearly 2 billion VND to take workers on a trip

On December 17, Posco VST Company Limited (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province) and the Company's Trade Union organized a tourism and resort program combined with a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2025 for all officers and employees of the company (540 people) at a 5-star hotel in Vung Tau Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition to attending the 2025 Business Results Assessment Conference, workers also actively participate in discussing and proposing ideas, initiatives and action plans to complete production and business goals in the coming year.

At the same time, team building activities are organized enthusiastically, contributing to strengthening the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between departments and employees in the entire company.

According to the company representative, the program is being implemented in 5 phases to suit production conditions, with a total cost of nearly 2 billion VND.

The grassroots trade union alone has supported the entire cost of hiring cars to pick up and drop off workers in all 5 rounds, with an amount of nearly 100 million VND.

This is a practical activity, demonstrating concern and care for the material and spiritual life of workers, while creating motivation for the staff and employees to continue to strive, stick with and contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
