Company allocates 26 billion VND for Tet bonuses, some workers receive 70 million VND
HCMC - A company in HCMC has allocated 26 billion VND to give Tet bonuses to employees, of which some employees will receive bonuses of up to 70 million VND.
On December 18, the Trade Union of Cua Y A Chau Technology Company Limited (Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the company had agreed on a Tet bonus plan for employees.
Tet bonuses are calculated based on seniority, job position and efficiency in production and business. Workers who work for 1-2 months will be rewarded with 3.5 million VND, those who work for 4-7 months will be rewarded with 4.2 million VND, and those who work for 8-11 months will be rewarded with 5.6 million VND. Employees who have worked for a full year will receive a bonus of 5.8 to 6 million VND.
For workers with 4-6 years of seniority, they will be rewarded from 10 million VND to 14 million VND. Employees who have worked for 7 years or more will be rewarded from 16 million VND to 18 million VND.
For technical staff, depending on the time they hold the position, they will be rewarded from 18 million VND to 22 million VND. The employee who is the team leader will be rewarded from 35 million VND to 70 million VND. In addition, foreign experts in charge of department management will be rewarded with 8,000 to 26,000 USD.

Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union said that the Trade Union has proposed a 2026 Tet bonus plan for businesses, accurately reflecting the capacity and contribution of each individual. The payment of Tet bonuses is considered an important step, towards a mechanism for paying salaries and bonuses according to job position and efficiency in production. Year-end income is an important point to create real working motivation for cadres, workers, employees and experts.
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, this year, businesses are facing many difficulties due to the world situation and US tariffs. The grassroots trade union and enterprises, along with workers, have taken many measures to overcome the difficulties. At the end of the year, the company has enough orders to ensure jobs for more than 1,000 workers. The enterprise also arranged a financial source of more than 26 billion VND to pay Tet bonuses to employees. Pay cash bonuses to all employees from February 12, 2026 (December 25, 2025). Hopefully, the bonus will help workers earn more income to cover their living expenses in difficult circumstances.
