Trade unions coordinate to create jobs for workers, earning up to 10.5 million VND/month

On December 9, Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of the Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union, Lam Dong Province - said that grassroots trade unions in the area are operating effectively. Thanks to that, labor relations are always harmonious and stable. Workers are guaranteed their rights and their lives are getting better and better.

Notably, the grassroots trade union of Quyet Thang General Joint Stock Company has coordinated with the Board of Directors to create stable jobs for 100% of employees, with an average income of 7.5-10.5 million VND/person/month.

Ms. Duong Thi Minh Anh, Vice President of the Trade Union of Quyet Thang General Joint Stock Company, said that the unit currently has 73 employees, all of whom are union members. Most of the workers have been attached to the job for a long time, are familiar with the job and have a sense of responsibility, always completing the work with high quality, she shared.

The trade union here promotes its role as a " bridge" between workers and enterprises. Through negotiating and signing labor agreements, the unit ensures harmonious benefits in terms of salary, bonus, welfare, shift allowance, etc. At the same time, organizes many cultural and sports activities, taking care of the spiritual life of workers and their children, especially during holidays, Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, and International Children's Day.

The union also promptly visits, encourages and gives gifts to workers when they are sick, have work accidents or have family members on duty.

According to Ms. Minh Anh, during the 2025-2030 term, the unit will continue to innovate trade union activities, focus on caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of workers and building the trade union and the company to become stronger.
