ALIVIA Shoes Trade Union grasps the thoughts and aspirations of workers
Thanh Hoa - The Trade Union of ALIVIA Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. organized a dialogue, grasping the wishes and recommendations of workers.
On January 7, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union of ALIVIA Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. has just organized a dialogue and exchanged information to grasp the aspirations and recommendations of workers in the production and business process.
At the dialogue, representatives of workers frankly raised many opinions and recommendations related to working conditions, working hours, rest, wages, bonuses and welfare regimes, occupational safety and hygiene as well as issues arising in the process of implementing the Company's rules and regulations. All opinions are presented in a constructive spirit, aiming at stabilizing jobs and improving the lives of workers.
Representatives of the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Trade Union directly listened, discussed, and specifically answered each content that workers were interested in. Issues under its authority were resolved and clearly explained at the conference. For the contents that require more research time, the Company is committed to receiving, reviewing and having a suitable handling plan as soon as possible.
Through periodic dialogue activities, ALIVIA Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union continue to affirm their commitment to caring for the material and spiritual life, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
