The salary scale for preschool teachers from July 1st when the base salary is expected to increase to 2,527,200 VND
With an expected increase of 8%, the base salary will increase to 2,527,200 VND/month from July 1, 2026, and the salary of preschool teachers will also be adjusted accordingly.
Based on Article 8 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BGDĐT stipulating the salary coefficient of preschool teachers as follows:
Grade III kindergarten teachers, code V.07. 02. 26, are applied the salary coefficient of civil servant type A0, from salary coefficient 2.10 to salary coefficient 4.89;
Grade II kindergarten teachers, code V.07. 02. 25, are applied the salary coefficient of civil servant type A1, from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;
Grade I kindergarten teachers, code V.07. 02. 24, are applied the salary coefficient of civil servants type A2, group A2. 2, from salary coefficient 4.0 to salary coefficient 6.38.
According to the provisions of Circular 07/2024/TT-BNV, the salary scale for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces is still calculated according to the formula:
Salary = Salary coefficient x Base salary.
Accordingly, the new salary scale from July 1, 2026 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces will be calculated according to the base salary of 2,527,200 VND/month and the salary coefficient specified in Decree 204/2004/ND-CP.
