Security and order protection team at the grassroots level: What criteria are required for team members to complete their tasks well

According to Instruction 01/HD-BCA-V05, members of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level must complete their tasks well when meeting the following criteria:

- Strictly comply with work programs and plans, assign tasks according to the instructions of the Commune-level Police and the Group.

- Fully participate in regular meetings according to regulations; in case of absence, it must be reported in advance and agreed by the meeting chairman.

- Not violating the prohibited acts specified in Clauses 1, 2, 5, Article 6 of the Law on the Force.

- Have good moral qualities, have prestige in the community; have the spirit of building internal solidarity; strictly implement legal regulations and guiding regulations for the activities of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as instructed by competent authorities. Actively research and foster political, legal, professional skills, and situation handling skills to safely and effectively carry out assigned tasks.

- Complete over 80% of assigned tasks in 6 groups of tasks to support the Commune-level Police as prescribed in Chapter II of the Law on Forces.

6 groups of tasks to support the Commune-level Police as prescribed in Chapter II of the Law on Forces, including: Supporting the grasp of the situation of security and order; supporting the building of a movement for the entire people to protect national security; supporting fire prevention, fighting, rescue; supporting administrative management of social order; supporting the mobilization and education of people who have committed violations of the law and are residing at the facility; supporting patrols to ensure security, order, and traffic safety; performing tasks to protect security and order when mobilized.
