Security and order protection team at the grassroots level: When is the deputy team classified as having excellently completed the task
The assessment and classification of Deputy Head of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level is based on Instruction 01/HD-BCA-V05.
According to Instruction 01/HD-BCA-V05, the Deputy Head of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level must successfully complete the task when meeting the criteria in Clause 2.1, Section 2, Part IV of this document and promote exemplary and responsible spirit; successfully complete the task of supporting the Commune-level Police and the Team Leader to assign tasks to each team member; perform well the task of managing and operating the activities of the Team when there is no Team Leader or authorized by the Team Leader.
For the criteria in Clause 2.1, Section 2, Part IV as follows:
a) Strictly comply with work programs and plans, assign tasks according to the instructions of the Commune-level Police and the Group.
b) Fully participate in regular meetings according to regulations; in case of absence, it must be reported in advance and agreed by the meeting chairman.
c) Not violating the prohibited acts specified in Clauses 1, 2, 5, Article 6 of the Law on the Force.
d) Good moral qualities, prestige in the community; have the spirit of building internal solidarity; strictly implement legal regulations and guiding regulations for the activities of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as instructed by competent authorities. Actively research and foster political, legal, professional skills, and situation handling skills to safely and effectively carry out assigned tasks.
d) Complete over 95% of assigned tasks under the 6 groups of tasks to support the Commune-level Police as prescribed in Chapter II of the Law on Forces, many contents are highly effective, have good and creative methods, and are recognized by the Commune-level Police and local authorities.
Thus, the Deputy Head of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level has excellently completed the task when meeting the above criteria.
