Security and order protection team at the grassroots level: Notes when evaluating classification

According to Instruction 01/HD-BCA-V05, the time frame for evaluating the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level and the members of the Team is from November 15 of the previous year to November 14 of the evaluation year.

For the classification level: For the Team and Team members, there are 4 levels: excellently completing tasks; completing tasks well; completing tasks; failing to complete tasks.

The Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level decides on the number of Teams and the number of Team members in the management area to be classified as "Excellent in completing tasks" not exceeding 20% of the total number of Teams and Team members in the management area to be classified as "Completing tasks well".

For the qualified group leaders, the deputy group leaders (assigned to be in charge) chair the group meeting. The classification level of the Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader (assigned in charge) is not higher than the classification level of the Team that he/she is in charge of, except in cases where he/she has just transferred and is assessed not to be related to the Team's classification level.

Not assessed for Group members and team members who are in the process of making complaints and denunciations; not assessed for newly established teams with less than 9 months of activities, and team members with less than 9 months of participation in the year as of the time of assessment.

Based on the results of the classification and evaluation, the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level will commend and study the selection and proposal of competent authorities to commend and reward according to their authority to encourage the Teams and members of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level with outstanding and outstanding achievements.
