On November 14, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council passed a resolution regulating the criteria for establishing a Security and Order Protection Team; criteria for the number of members of the Security and Order Protection Team; level of support, compensation and spending for forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level in the city.
Clause 1, Article 2 of this Resolution stipulates the criteria for establishing a Security and Order Protection Team; the criteria for the number of members of a Security and Order Protection Team as follows: Each neighborhood, hamlet, and residential area establishes 01 Security and Order Protection Team.
Thus, each neighborhood, hamlet, and residential area in Ho Chi Minh City is established 01 Security and Order Protection Team.
