Regulations on coordination in performing tasks of security forces at the grassroots level

Clause 2, 3, Article 5, Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level stipulates as follows:

2. Coordinate and support the implementation of tasks of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as follows:

a) Coordinate with Village Heads, Heads of Residential Groups, Heads of Front Working Committees in villages and residential groups to carry out the task of protecting security and order and building a movement for the entire people to protect national security;

b) Support militia and other forces at the grassroots level to perform tasks according to the provisions of law;

c) Coordinate with grassroots self-managed mass organizations, grassroots mediators, and security forces of agencies, organizations, and enterprises located in the area to participate in protecting security and order, resolving cases of security and order at the grassroots level in accordance with the provisions of law.

3. The principles of coordination, support, and responsibility in performing the tasks of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level are stipulated as follows:

a) In accordance with the functions and tasks of the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as prescribed by law;

b) Comply with the management of the People's Committee at the commune level, the guidance, assignment and inspection of the Commune-level Police in the process of coordination and support in performing tasks;

c) Promoting the responsibility of citizens in performing the task of protecting security and order according to the provisions of law;

d) Commune-level police are responsible for performing the duties of the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level according to the provisions of law.

Thus, the coordination and support for the implementation of tasks of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level is regulated as above.
