Documents to prepare to be selected as a member of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level

Decision No. 4768/QD-BCA announces new administrative procedures issued regarding forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level under the state management scope and functions of the Ministry of Public Security.

According to the administrative procedures issued with this Decision, the dossier to be selected for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level includes the following documents:

- Application to join forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level (Form No. 01 issued with Circular No. 14/2024/TT-BCA);

- Preliminary declaration of residence;

- Certificate of good health of medical examination and treatment facilities established and operating in accordance with the provisions of law;

- Graduated or have completed a secondary school education program or higher or have completed a primary education program as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 13 of the Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level.

The dossier was submitted to 1 ministry at the People's Committee at the commune level. Applicants do not have to pay fees or charges.
