Software for exploiting labor market information according to Decree 318
Decree No. 318 details a number of articles of the 2025 Employment Law related to labor registration and the labor market information system.
In which, the software system and application for management, exploitation and use of the labor market information system are based on Article 16.
Article 16. Software and application systems for management, exploitation and use of labor market information systems
1. The software system, application for labor registration, and labor market information system are integrated on the National Job Exchange (https://www.vieclam.gov.vn).
2. Application software for updating information, data, integrating shared data, popular application software, searching for information nationwide, with access addresses https://www.ttttld.vieclam.gov.vn and https://www.pbttld.vieclam.gov.vn.
Regulations on the construction of technical infrastructure systems for information technology and software for management and operation of labor market information systems are based on Article 17.
Article 17. Build an information technology technical infrastructure system and software to serve the management and operation of the labor market information system
1. The construction of an information technology technical infrastructure system and software for management and operation of the labor market information system includes the following activities:
a) Establish, upgrade and maintain information technology technical infrastructure;
b) Building and upgrading a software system to manage and operate a labor market information system;
c) Training, coaching, and fostering to improve the capacity of civil servants, public employees, and workers.
2. The Ministry of Home Affairs shall preside over the organization of the construction of central information technology technical infrastructure and software systems to serve information and data updates, integrate safe, encrypted data, and clearly control access to protect personal data and ensure compliance with legal regulations on personal information protection; personal data protection; state secret protection; network information security; network security; announcement, search of information, data, data sharing.
