Regulations on the labor market information system according to Decree 318
Decree No. 318 details a number of articles of the 2025 Employment Law related to labor registration and the labor market information system.
In which, regulations on the labor market information system are based on Article 12.
Article 12. Labor market information system
1. The labor market information system includes:
a) Labor market data is exploited from the National General Database, National Database, Labor Database and other data components related to the labor market;
b) Information technology infrastructure;
c) Application software systems, software services, cloud computing platforms serving the construction, management, exploitation and use of labor market information.
2. The labor market information system is built and managed centrally and regionally; open; meeting standards and regulations on databases, economic and technical norms; ensuring connection, sharing, and timely data provision with the National General Database, National Database and other relevant specialized databases to provide labor market information to agencies, organizations, and individuals to meet the requirements of socio-economic development.
