Procedures for registering for work with people who are employed and do not participate in compulsory insurance

In which, the documents, order, and procedures for labor registration for employees who are employed and are not subject to compulsory insurance, and unemployed people are based on Article 6.

Article 6. Documents, order, and procedures for labor registration for employees who are employed but are not subject to compulsory insurance, or unemployed

1. The labor registration file is an electronic declaration form according to the form issued with this Decree.

2. Forms of labor registration: Online.

3. Implementation procedures:

a) Employees access the National Employment Exchange (https://www.vieclam.gov.vn) or on the VNeID electronic identification application, select the registration section, adjust the labor registration information and fill in the information in the Electronic Declaration as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article;

b) The labor registration system receives, processes and returns successful registration results immediately after the employee completes the Electronic Declaration, if the registration is not successful, the reasoning system will respond;

c) The information on the labor registration of employees is updated and synchronized in the employee database.

4. In case the employee needs to find a job, register to find a job according to the form prescribed in the Government's Decree on direct employment services at the Public Employment Service Organization or online via the National Employment Exchange (https://www.vieclam.gov.vn) or via the electronic identification application VNeID.
