Information on labor registration according to Decree 318
Decree No. 318/2025/ND-CP details a number of articles of the 2025 Employment Law related to labor registration and the labor market information system.
In which, information on labor registration is based on Article 4.
Article 4. Information on labor registration
1. Basic information of employees, including: full name, spelling and birth name; personal identification number; date, month, year of birth; gender; ethnicity; current residence (permanent residence or temporary residence).
2. Information groups on general education, vocational education, higher education, vocational skills certificates and other certificates, including:
a) Information on the highest general education level achieved;
b) Information on the qualifications and training areas achieved in vocational education; higher education;
c) Information on the national vocational skills certificate that has been achieved;
d) Other certificates.
3. The group of information on employment status and employment needs includes:
a) Information on the job being held, including: position, job title, occupation, type of contract, work location;
b) Information about employers, including: employer's name; code; type; head office address; economic sector;
c) Information on unemployment status, including: unemployment period; unemployment reasons;
d) Information on job needs is information about the desired job, including: job, type of contract, salary and benefits, workplace.
4. Information group on social insurance and unemployment insurance, including:
a) Information on the status of participation in social insurance and unemployment insurance contributions, including: social insurance code, type, and type of social insurance.
b) Information on the status of social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits, including: benefits, benefits for a period of time.
5. Information groups on characteristics and characteristics include:
a) Information about people with disabilities;
b) Information on poor households, near-poor households, households with recovered land;
c) Information about relatives of people with revolutionary contributions;
d) Information on people who have completed their military service and their duty to join the People's Public Security.
