Regulations on labor market information from 2026

The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

Article 13 of Decree 318/2025/ND-CP (effective from January 1, 2026) stipulates labor market information as follows:

1. Information on labor supply, labor demand, and labor supply-demand linkage, including:

a) Information and data on the non-economic population, the population aged 15 and over, and the labor force;

b) Information and data on employed workers;

c) Information and data on unemployed workers; unemployed people; workers who do not fully exploit their potential;

d) Information and data on workers looking for jobs; labor recruitment and employment needs; results of employment service activities;

d) Information on programs and plans to support employment and develop the labor market;

e) Forecast information on labor supply and demand.

2. Information on training and vocational skills, including:

a) Information and data on trained workers;

b) Information and data on technical expertise, training fields, and training majors;

c) Information and data on certificates and vocational skills.

3. Information on job search trends and labor needs includes:

a) Information on job search trends by economic sector, profession, technical expertise and other working conditions;

b) Employment needs, job positions, economic sectors, occupations, training sectors, technical professional qualifications that are in need of recruitment;

c) Information on labor demand forecast.

4. Information on wages and income of employees, including:

a) Information on salaries, bonuses, and average income of employees;

b) Information on welfare and treatment regimes.

Thus, from January 1, 2026, information about the labor market is regulated as above.
