Method of exploiting data in the database on workers according to Decree 318

In particular, the method of exploiting and using data in the database on workers is based on Article 11.

Article 11. Method of exploiting and using data in the database on workers

1. The exploitation and use of data in the database on workers is carried out through the following methods:

a) Connecting and sharing data between the National General Database, the National Database, the specialized database, the other information system with the labor database;

b) National Data Portal, National Public Service Portal, Electronic Information Portal, information system for handling administrative procedures;

c) Electronic identification and authentication platform;

d) National identification application;

d) Equipment, means, and software provided by the National Data Center.

2. Exploiting and using data in the database on workers to carry out the following tasks:

a) State management agencies on employment shall manage and plan policies on labor and employment; provide information on the labor market, analyze and forecast labor supply and demand to agencies, organizations and individuals;

b) Employees use their own information to provide and present when the employer or a competent state management agency requests;

c) Employers are allowed to exploit information in the database about employees under their management and use rights.
