What regimes and policies do teachers enjoy when they are transferred

Clause 3, Article 11 of Decree 93/2026/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Teachers (effective from March 31, 2026), stipulates the regime and policies for teachers when implementing mobilization as follows:

a) Teachers holding positions of educational institution management officials who are transferred to other positions where the new position allowance is lower than the current position allowance, the position allowance is preserved according to the provisions of law;

b) Teachers who are transferred to implement signing work contracts with public educational institutions. In case they are transferred to educational management agencies, teachers are arranged for job positions according to regulations;

c) Regimes and policies for teachers when implementing mobilization are calculated according to the regimes and policies of the place where the teacher is mobilized. In case the regime and policies teachers are currently enjoying are higher, they are retained according to the provisions of law;

d) In addition to the provisions in points a, b and c of this clause, teachers are entitled to regimes and policies for mobilizing public employees in accordance with the law on public employees and specific regimes and policies of localities and educational institutions (if any).

Thus, from March 31, 2026, teachers when transferred will enjoy the above regimes and policies.
