Electronic labor contracts and responsibilities of People's Committees of provinces and cities
Decree 337/2025/ND-CP has just issued regulations on electronic labor contracts.
In particular, it stipulates the responsibility of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities in organizing the implementation of electronic labor contracts under Article 27.
Article 27. Responsibility of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities
1. Connecting and sharing data under management with the Electronic Labor Contract Platform.
2. Review and adjust regulations and administrative procedures within the scope of functions and tasks to use electronic labor contract data from the Electronic Labor Contract Platform for exploitation and use according to the provisions of this Decree and relevant legal provisions.
3. Comply with legal regulations on protection of State secrets, protection of personal data and operating regulations of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform in the process of exploiting and using electronic labor contract data.
4. Direct the Department of Home Affairs to carry out the following tasks:
a) Propagate and disseminate regulations on electronic labor contracts to employers, employees and relevant agencies and organizations in the area.
b) Guiding, inspecting and supervising the implementation of regulations on electronic labor contracts in the area.
c) Providing information, updating reports on the labor use situation of employers in the area and other reports according to the provisions of labor law and instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
