Electronic labor contracts and regulations on accounts on contract platforms
Decree 337/2025/ND-CP has just issued regulations on electronic labor contracts.
In which, the regulation on accounts on the Electronic Labor Contract Platform is based on Article 12.
Article 12. Account on the Electronic Labor Contract Platform
Account on the Electronic Labor Contract Platform issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and managed and used in accordance with the provisions of law on electronic transactions.
In addition, regulations on technical infrastructure of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform are based on Article 13.
Article 13. Technical infrastructure Electronic labor contract platform
1. Technical infrastructure The electronic labor contract platform includes: server system, station, network connection equipment, network safety and security equipment, encrypted devices, storage devices, Internet connection transmission systems and other devices.
2. Technical infrastructure The electronic labor contract platform is stored and operated on the infrastructure of the National Data Center.
