Governance agency for labor database
Decree No. 318 details a number of articles of the 2025 Employment Law related to labor registration and the labor market information system.
In which, the regulation on the state management and management agency for the database on employees is based on Article 9.
Article 9. State management and management agencies for labor databases
1. The Ministry of Home Affairs is the managing agency, receiving the database on workers; responsible for building and developing the database on workers.
2. The National Data Center is the unit that ensures the information technology infrastructure of the labor database.
In addition, regulations on connecting and sharing data in the database on employees are based on Article 10.
Article 10. Connecting and sharing data in the database on workers
The connection and sharing of information on labor databases from national synthetic databases, national databases, specialized databases, and information systems must comply with the provisions of law on connection and data sharing of state agencies in accordance with the overall national digital architecture framework.
