Clause 2, Article 12, Decree 335/2026/ND-CP (effective from October 5, 2026) stipulates the regime and policies for emergency assistance as follows: People who are seriously injured due to natural disasters, fires; serious traffic accidents, labor accidents or other force majeure reasons that require emergency care and treatment at a medical facility for 03 days or more are considered for support with a minimum level equal to 10 times the standard social assistance level specified in Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree.

Clause 2, Article 4, Decree 335/2026/ND-CP stipulates: The standard level of social assistance is 540,000 VND/month.

Thus, from October 5, 2026, people who have suffered serious traffic accidents and have to be rescued and treated at a medical facility for 3 days or more may be considered for support with a minimum level of 5,400,000 VND (540,000 VND x 10).
