Businesses in Dong Nai need to recruit more than 4,000 workers, 85% are unskilled workers

On September 7, Dong Nai Employment Service Center organized the September 2026 Job Exchange, attracting 20 businesses in the city to participate, with a recruitment demand of more than 4,000 workers. In which, the demand for general labor accounts for more than 85%.

At the job exchange, businesses recruit many positions in industry groups such as: manufacturing - processing, mechanics, electricity - electronics, garment, engineering, logistics, business and general labor.

Previously, in August 2026, the total recruitment demand of the enterprise was more than 13,000 workers, including over 9,000 unskilled workers and nearly 4,000 technical workers.

According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, the regular organization of job exchanges contributes to connecting labor supply and demand, supporting workers to find suitable jobs; and at the same time helping businesses solve recruitment needs, especially in times when it is necessary to supplement human resources to serve production.
