Present at the recruitment board area, Mr. Do Xuan Dang (from Phu Tho) said that he had just quit his seasonal job at a company in an industrial park. Today, taking the opportunity to go to the company to pick up belongings, he stopped by the recruitment board to see if there was any suitable job.

"However, at the end of the lunar year, there are few companies that post labor recruitment needs, so the selection is quite difficult. I have been looking for a job but have not found a suitable job," said Mr. Dang.

According to Mr. Dang, if he cannot find a suitable job in an industrial park, he will find a job as a waitress at a cafeteria or restaurant to provide food, accommodation, and avoid having to pay for renting a house and living expenses, even if his salary is lower. Currently, he is renting a house for more than 1 million VND/month.

Mr. Dang said that usually in March, April and July and August every year, the demand for labor recruitment of businesses will be greater. "Near the end of the calendar year, many companies need human resources to meet the need to complete orders on time, so they will need higher recruitment," said Mr. Dang.

This male worker believes that after the Lunar New Year holiday, companies will recruit more to meet the demand for orders for the new year.

According to the reporter's records, some workers come to this recruitment list area just to refer to job information, not confident that they will immediately find a job at the end of this year.

Mr. Nguyen Khanh (born in 1985, from Thai Nguyen) said that on the morning of January 9, on his way to visit relatives in Hanoi, he saw a recruitment board at Thang Long Industrial Park, so he stopped by to get information.

"Up to now, I have been a freelancer with an unstable income. I plan to find a job in Thang Long Industrial Park after Tet to have a stable monthly income. I find work in Thang Long Industrial Park more stable than in my hometown, but I have to be away from home," Mr. Khanh shared.

Mr. Khanh said that after reviewing a series of advertising announcements, he still hasn't found a suitable job. "At the end of the year, there should be fewer companies recruiting workers. Maybe I will return to find a job during Tet. A job with an income of 10 million VND/month or more would be suitable," Mr. Khanh shared.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks - said that at present, businesses in industrial parks are still recruiting, but few, not many workers.

According to Mr. Thang, in 2025, businesses in industrial parks will recruit many workers. At this time, there are cases where companies really want to have more human resources, have many policies to retain employees and attract new employees, but recruitment is very difficult.

"recruitment of workers depends on the orders of the enterprises; for every order, the enterprise will recruit them," said Mr. Thang.
