Trade unions of agencies and units under the General Confederation of Labor: Training on the use of union member management software for grassroots trade unions
On the morning of June 11, 2019, 30 union officials of 15 affiliated trade unions attended a training course on using union member management software organized by the Trade Unions of agencies and units under the General Confederation.
At the training session, the staff of the Organizing Committee of the General Confederation of Labor introduced and instructed on the use of the software system for managing union members, practical operations on the computer with basic features and methods of managing union members.
Speaking at the training session, Comrade Ngo Duc Tuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Confederation of Labor, emphasized that "the training course aims to raise awareness of responsibility of grassroots trade unions in managing union members, on the other hand, helping grassroots trade unions facilitate accurate and timely statistics on the number and quality of union members. Proactively develop programs and action plans to suit working conditions at the unit, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities, on that basis, have preferential policies, and best care for union members of their unit.
