The National Assembly Standing Committee issued a Resolution on personnel
The Resolution assigns Mr. Be Minh Duc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation (NAD) of Cao Bang province - to be in charge of the XVNA Delegation of Cao Bang province.
Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has signed and issued Resolution No. 1944/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the assignment of Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation to be in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Cao Bang province.
The National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to assign Mr. Be Minh Duc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province to be in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Cao Bang province.
During his time in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Be Minh Duc will receive a position allowance equal to the allowance of the position of Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation (coefficient 1.25).
The Resolution takes effect from December 23, 2025.
Previously, in Resolution No. 1936/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to assign Mr. Trieu Quang Huy - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lang Son province to be in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of the XV Lang Son province.
During his time in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Trieu Quang Huy was entitled to a position allowance equal to the allowance of the position of Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation (coefficient 1.25). This Resolution takes effect from December 12, 2025.
