HCMC mobilizes and appoints 4 key leaders

On December 29, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work. Mr. Tran Luu Quang - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee chaired the conference and directly presented the decisions.

At the conference, the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to transfer, assign, and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hang - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Ben Cat Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hang was born in 1975, from Ho Chi Minh City; has a Master's degree in Law, Bachelor's degree in Law; and a high level of Political Theory.

On the same occasion, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee announced the decision to transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Tran Van Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council to hold the position of Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

Mr. Tran Van Tuan was born in 1975, from Ho Chi Minh City; has a Master's degree in Senior Public Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration; and a high level of Political Theory.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also decided to transfer, assign and appoint Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Duong Ward, term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung was born in 1967, from Ho Chi Minh City; has a Bachelor's degree in Technical Economics, Bachelor's degree in Administration; and a high level of Political Theory.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee mobilized, assigned and appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Lai Thieu Ward, term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Nguyen Van Minh was born in 1967, from Ho Chi Minh City; has a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Bachelor's degree in Economics; and a high level of Political Theory.

Speaking at the assignment, Ho Chi Minh City Party Secretary Tran Luu Quang said that the decisions on this transfer and appointment were carefully and cautiously reviewed by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in many aspects, including working capacity, practical conditions and development prospects of each cadre.

The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee emphasized that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee have great confidence and expectation that the 4 leaders assigned to the new tasks will quickly grasp the work, promote capacity and sense of responsibility, contribute to improving the effectiveness of the unit's operations and make an important contribution to the overall results of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
