Russian President holds phone call with General Secretary To Lam, congratulates the success of the 14th National Party Congress

On the evening of January 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a phone call with General Secretary To Lam to congratulate the success of the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

President Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated our Party on successfully organizing the 14th National Party Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, congratulated the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and General Secretary To Lam on being elected by the Party Congress to leadership positions in the new term.

President Vladimir Putin affirmed that this is an important political event, determining directions, setting major goals and through important decisions, tasks and measures to bring Vietnam to rapid and sustainable development in the new era and become a high-income developed country by 2045.
