The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch on considering the proposal of LSH Logistics Joint Stock Company.

The official dispatch sent to the Department of Agriculture and Environment and LSH Logistics Joint Stock Company stated that on December 25, 2025, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received a document from LSH Logistics Joint Stock Company on reviewing and approving the granting of minerals/land resources, sand for filling and constructing an investment project to build a dry port and logistics services in Phong Khe ward, Bac Ninh city and Dong Phong commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province (old);

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review and respond to the above proposal of LSH Logistics Joint Stock Company in accordance with the provisions of law.

According to the reporter's investigation, the dry port and logistics service project in Phong Khe ward and Dong Phong commune, the old Bac Ninh province (abbreviated as Phong Khe port) was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province for a detailed planning project in April 2021.

The planning scale of Phong Khe port is more than 94.5 hectares, of which the area of the dry port and logistics service area is more than 87.1 hectares; the cemetery area is nearly 2.7 hectares; the area of external traffic routes (DT295C access road and National Highway 18 access road) is about 4.75 hectares.

In October 2021, Bac Ninh province called for investment in the above project with a total investment capital of more than VND 4.609 billion. Of which, the project implementation cost is 4,225 billion VND, the estimated compensation and resettlement support cost is more than 348 billion VND.
