Prime Minister approves results of election of Chairmen of Hanoi People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and 29 localities

The Prime Minister has approved the results of the election of the Chairman of the People's Committees of provinces and cities for the 2026-2031 term.

In Decision No. 566/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee for Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Hanoi City Party Committee, Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee.

In Decision No. 580/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

In Decision No. 571/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Hue City People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee.

In Decision No. 548/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee for Mr. Truong Canh Tuyen - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee.

In Decision No. 588/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 581/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Le Hai Hoa - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 555/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Ha Quang Trung - Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 556/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 569/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 597/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 563/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan - Deputy Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 593/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Son La Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet - Deputy Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Son La Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 559/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Tran Duy Dong - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 535/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 558/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Bui Van Khang - Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 568/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 567/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 546/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 570/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Phan Thien Dinh - Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 536/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Do Huu Huy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee.

In Decision No. 579/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

In Decision No. 554/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Ho Van Muoi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 565/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Van Ut - Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 539/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Le Van Han - Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 564/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai - Deputy Secretary of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 573/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Ho Van Mung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 578/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee.

In Decision No. 572/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Lu Quang Ngoi - Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee.

The above decisions take effect from March 31, 2026.
