Prime Minister appoints Deputy Commander of the Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard
Colonel Luong Dinh Hung - Director of the Department of Professional Affairs and Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard was appointed to the position of Deputy Commander of the Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard.
Politburo member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 2489/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2025 of the Prime Minister appointing Deputy Commander of the Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard.
According to the decision, Colonel Luong Dinh Hung - Director of the Department of Professional Affairs and Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard was appointed to the position of Deputy Commander of the Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing (November 14, 2025).
Colonel Luong Dinh Hung was born in 1971; hometown: Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province; now Ninh Binh province.
During his work, in March 1990, he enlisted in the Air Defense - Air Force Meteorological Information School. In March 1993, he was sent by the unit to study and train at the People's Police University (now the People's Police Academy).
