Discussing the draft Law on Personal Income Tax (amended)
At the 50th Session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Law on Tax Administration (amended) and the draft Law on Personal Income Tax (amended).
Today (October 13), the National Assembly Standing Committee continues its 50th session to give opinions on a number of draft revised Laws.
In the morning, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business.
Regarding this content, the Minister of Finance presented the draft. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee briefly presented the review report, proposing issues that need to be discussed by the National Assembly.
After that, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Receiving Citizens, the Law on Complaints, and the Law on Public Prosecution.
At the same time, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the report on the results of monitoring the settlement and response to voters' petitions sent to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; the results of receiving citizens, receiving and handling petitions from citizens and the results of monitoring the settlement of complaints and denunciations of citizens sent to the National Assembly in 2025 (combined with reviewing the report on the National Assembly's petition work in September 2025).
The National Assembly Standing Committee also gave its opinion on the draft report summarizing the opinions and recommendations of voters and people sent to the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
On the same afternoon, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave its opinion on the draft Law on Tax Administration (amended) and the draft Law on Personal Income Tax (amended).
Also on the same day, the National Assembly Standing Committee also gave opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning.
