The Government Inspectorate will conduct an inspection of Vietnam Social Insurance

The Government Inspectorate has just issued the Inspection Plan for 2026. The inspection plan includes 89 inspections, including 67 official inspections and 22 reserve inspections.

"Through timely inspection, weaknesses and shortcomings in state management are detected and corrected; there are strict and correct measures to handle collectives and individuals who violate the law, corruption, waste, and negativity; recommendations to perfect inadequate and loopholes in policies and laws.

Strengthen supervision, appraisal and post-inspection handling, focusing on organizing effective implementation of legal regulations on implementing inspection conclusions, especially increasing the rate of recovering money and assets due to violations, corruption, waste and negativity" - the Government Inspectorate's plan clearly stated.

In the first and second quarters of 2026, the inspection agencies are expected to inspect the Vietnam Social Security, the Department of Statistics, Customs, State Treasury (Ministry of Finance); the Vietnam Maritime and Waterway Administration; the Vietnam Road Administration; the Vietnam Railway Administration (Ministry of Construction).

The inspection content on personnel work before and after the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and the implementation of public administrative services. The inspection period is from 2023 to the time of inspection.

Also in the first quarter of 2026, the Government Inspectorate plans to conduct an inspection at Ho Chi Minh City National University and a number of affiliated units, the content of which is to inspect the implementation of the autonomy mechanism for the period 2019 - 2023.

In the second quarter, a series of units such as Duy Tan University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Dai Nam University and directly related agencies, organizations and individuals were also included in the inspection plan on the development of internal regulations and regulations; implementation of regulations on the structure of organization, recruitment and use of lecturers; implementation of regulations on quality assurance conditions, team assurance of majors, facilities, experimental equipment, etc.; implementation of regulations on enrollment, training, training linkage, management of certificates; implementation of regulations on finance, assets, tuition collection and implementation of regulations on tuition fees, fund allocation, policies for learners and related regulations; implementation of regulations on science and technology, international cooperation, labor use; other related contents.

In the third and fourth quarters of 2026, the Government Inspectorate plans to conduct inspections at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant agencies and units; Rang Dong Water Phosphate Lampoon Joint Stock Company...

The leaders of the Government Inspectorate also requested close coordination between the Government Inspectorate, the State Audit and ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and cities in the process of conducting inspection activities.
