Thai Nguyen collects more than 114 billion VND in taxes from business households
In nearly the first half of 2025, Thai Nguyen's budget revenue has reached over 50% of the estimate, of which the tax revenue from business households has increased.
The information was given by representatives of the Tax Department of Region VII at the press conference in May 2025, the total state budget revenue accumulated by the end of May and estimated by the end of June 2025 of Thai Nguyen province reached 10,500 billion VND.
This figure is equivalent to 54% of the Government's estimate (19,530 billion VND). This result reached 144% over the same period last year.
Also according to the Tax Department of Region VII, with a total of 32,143 business households being managed in Thai Nguyen, the total tax paid by May 25, 2025 reached VND 114,536 million. This figure is equivalent to 44.36% of the assigned estimate (258,159 million VND) and increased by 120.3% over the same period in 2024.
Main revenues such as VAT reached VND 74,623 million (up 119% compared to 2024) and personal income tax reached VND 39,351 million (up 122% compared to 2024) have contributed significantly to Thai Nguyen's total revenue.
The Tax Department of Region VII has advised the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province to issue documents directing departments, branches, sectors and localities in coordinating tax management for business households and individuals and implementing invoices generated from cash registers, the application time starts from June 1, 2025.
