Soc Trang - Xua Da B Industrial Cluster in Chau Thanh District was officially inaugurated, with a total investment of more than 800 billion VND from FDI capital.

On April 4, Soc Trang province coordinated with DinTsun Vietnam Co., Ltd. to hold the inauguration ceremony of the Xay Da B Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction Investment Project in Chau Thanh District (Xay Da B Industrial Cluster).

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Lam Van Man - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Ho Thi Cam Dao - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Tran Van Lau - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang province.

Xay Da B Industrial Cluster is located in Ho Dac Kien commune (Chau Thanh district, Soc Trang province) with a total area of 53.9 hectares, invested by DinTsun Company Limited. The project has an operation period of 50 years, with a total investment of more than 800 billion VND.

This is the first industrial cluster in Soc Trang province with 100% FDI capital, the project has completed 100% of the technical infrastructure. With the main industries such as: food, food, agricultural, aquatic, seafood processing, export goods; mechanical engineering; electronics, garment, paper, fabric, weaving, printing, embroidery, dyeing; types of supporting industries serving agricultural production.

Mr. Lam Hoang Nghiep - Permanent Vice Chairman of Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee - said that when secondary projects are completed and put into operation, they will create jobs for about 10,000 workers, contribute to poverty reduction, create more value for industrial production and develop the province's socio-economy.
