Merging Quang Ngai Radio and Television Station into Quang Ngai Newspaper
Mr. Nguyen Phu Duc - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper, will run the operation of Quang Ngai Newspaper from May 19 until the position of Editor-in-Chief is completed.
On May 21, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision to merge the Quang Ngai Provincial Radio and Television Station into Quang Ngai Newspaper, becoming Quang Ngai Newspaper.
At the conference, Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee - announced the Decision of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee on merging the Quang Ngai Provincial Radio and Television Station into Quang Ngai Newspaper. Quang Ngai Newspaper is a public service unit under the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, with legal status, officially coming into operation from May 19, 2025.
Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh also announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Phu Duc - Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper was appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper.
Appointed Mr. Truong Quang Thu - Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Radio and Television Station to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper.
Appointed Mr. Ha Hoang Trieu - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper.
Appointed Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Radio and Television Station to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper.
The decisions to appoint the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper after the merger are valid for 5 years, starting from May 19, 2025. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee agreed to assign Mr. Nguyen Phu Duc to run the activities of Quang Ngai Newspaper from May 19, 2025 until the position of Editor-in-Chief is completed.
After the merger, Quang Ngai Newspaper will operate with all types of newspapers: print newspapers, electronic newspapers, radio, television and digital platforms, becoming a modern, synchronous and comprehensive multimedia media complex.
