Phan Thiet Military Airport takes off, Tan Duc Industrial Park attracts investment, new motivation for Lam Dong

On the morning of December 19, along with many provinces and cities across the country, in the southeast of Lam Dong province (old Binh Thuan), the inauguration ceremony of the project took place to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Inauguration Ceremony of the Phan Thiet Military Airport Construction Investment Project took place in Mui Ne Ward, Lam Dong Province. The project is invested by the Air Defense - Air Force, built on an area of 439.4 hectares. The total investment is 7,925 billion VND.

During the project implementation, the units have been determined to overcome difficulties to complete the project and exploit it to ensure progress and quality.

Up to now, Phan Thiet Airport has met the flight assurance requirements and will meet the requirements for civil aviation service in the coming time.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, emphasized: The Phan Thiet Airport project has all modern and synchronous items; ensuring the task of managing the airspace, training, and combat readiness. At the same time, it is an important connection point in the strategic defense and security situation of the region.

At the same time, in Tan Minh commune, Lam Dong province, the inauguration ceremony of the Tan Duc Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Project invested by Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company took place. The project has a scale of 300 hectares with a total investment of 1,200 billion VND.

After 5 years, from a barren sand area, Tan Duc Industrial Park has basically completed the infrastructure of phase 1 and 12 domestic and foreign enterprises have signed land lease agreements with an area of 62 hectares, the industrial park occupancy rate has reached nearly 30%. The total preliminary recorded investment capital is about 25 million USD and more than 1,500 billion VND.

In the coming time, the investor will complete the infrastructure of phase 2, increasing investment attraction to fill the industrial park. The operation of Tan Duc Industrial Park also creates jobs for local workers.

At the inauguration ceremony, the Head of the Management Board of Lam Dong Industrial Parks presented investment certificates to the first 6 investors in Tan Duc Industrial Park.

Tan Duc Industrial Park has a particularly favorable location for multi-modal traffic connection from the expressway to National Highway 1, National Highway 55 and not far from Long Thanh International Airport, Cai Mep - Thi Vai Port.
