Propaganda about the Party Congress in a focused, unified, and consistent manner

At the 81st National Public Security Conference, General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security, commented that in 2026, in the context of fierce strategic competition in the Asia-Pacific region and in key areas for economic and technological development; the international environment, the region has increased instability... setting increasingly high requirements and tasks for all aspects of Public Security work, including communication and propaganda work.

Hostile forces and reactionaries constantly take advantage of cyberspace to propagate and distort the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, incite the division of the great national unity bloc... That requires information, propaganda, fighting, refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints, orienting public opinion on the ideological - cultural front, protecting the Party's ideological foundation to maintain the "key" position, each member of the Party, reporter, and editor must become "warriors" on the ideological - cultural front.

The 14th National Congress of the Party is an important political event of the country in 2026.
